The Last Day

Well, it’s the last day of the holidays.

Tomorrow, I go back to school, and tomorrow, I return to the stress of exams, tests, future-failures and blunt remarks. Tomorrow, I return to the annoyances that I have to put up with, the completely idiotic schooling system of Britain, and ultimately, back to not having any free time for myself whatsoever.

On the other hand, tomorrow-

I’m supposed to be listing all the good things so I don’t sound like a depressed pessimist.

… but … there are no good things… ¬¬

What Must The Neighbours Think?

It’s a habit of mine to… well, not really bother in the mornings. I usually look like crap, wear a weird assortment of baggy/too small clothes as pyjamas and occasionally have cream on my face. (Hey. It keeps away the spots. Such things are important when you’re fourteen and like chocolate.)

In addition, I get up before the afternoon stampede to the computer, so that I  can nerd out without some brat whining in my ear.

So this morning, the postman walked past the living room window. He saw a crazy-haired cream smeared girl staring back at him, wearing a pink spaghetti strap top and wrapped in a blue and pink flowery duvet.

Poor postman.

the word, "bed."

90% of the English speaking population, when told that the word bed looks like a bed, will exclaim, “it does!”

1% will say sullenly, “just looks like the word bed to me.”

9%… won’t get it.
